New COVID Safety Approach! Arrive early with everyone you want to sit with
To ensure safe distancing, we will ask folks to line up at the entrance on East 4th Ave, and our host will help you set up seats in the garden.
This means 100% of your party needs to be present when we seat you, so please plan ahead and arrive in advance, as close to 6:30 p.m. as possible!
We share the air!
Smoking is not permitted at this event. To support our neighbours with allergies and sensitivities, please avoid wearing scents.
Accessibility
A limited number of ground-level-access seats are available for folks attending with mobility devices. Please notify us in advance of your accessibility needs by emailing hello@cofoodvancouver.com, and we will do our best to meet your requests.
Most seats are wooden chairs or benches, accessed by going down several brick stairs and weaving through wood-mulch pathways. Please bring cushions and blankets to make yourself more comfortable.
The garden may be accessed at the ground level through an entrance on 4th Avenue for folks attending with strollers or mobility devices. Please contact us in advance, since these seats are limited.
For folks with EMF sensitivities, please be aware that there are WiFi signals in the garden from neighbouring buildings.
The needs of folks with hearing impairments are important to us, and in time we’d like to build capacity for ASL interpretation at our events.
There are no public washrooms on-site, so please plan ahead.
COVID Safety
There are 30 seats available, with room for at least 2 metres of space between groups. Please bring your hand sanitizer, and feel free to wear a mask! Once the garden is full, there will be standing room on the sidewalk and in the alley.
Please stay home if you are sick, have been recently ill, or have been in contact with someone who is ill.
